What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address and message, and your company name and phone number if you give them. We do not ask for any other personal data.

Why we use it

We use these details only to answer your enquiry, prepare an offer and, if you order, handle the order. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

Who sees it

Your enquiry is emailed to our sales team and stored on the server that hosts this website. We do not sell your data or pass it to anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and keep a record of our business correspondence, and then delete them.

Google services

This website uses Google Fonts, and the contact page shows a Google map. When they load, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Google’s privacy policy applies to that data.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at plast@vailendas.lt.

You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
